在中国福建石狮盖奇环岛红绿灯交叉路口处，一名中年男子全身一丝不挂，悠然自得的在大街上行走，引来路人惊声尖叫。
据介绍，该名男子姓关，今年35岁，系福建莆田人，在当地没有亲属，一路从莆田流浪到石狮来此已有3个多月。当日天气有点热，加上好久没洗澡，他全身上下痛痒不已，所以才将身上衣服脱去，想凉快一下。
后经当地派出所民警劝阻，该男子才终于将衣服穿上，消失在人群中。

Ikea shoppers to pay for plastic bags.
The cat is out of the bag – Ikea shoppers will soon have to pay for their plastic carriers.
In a bold move to help save the environment, the Swedish furniture store will no longer distribute disposable plastic bags for free.
Instead, carriers will be sold at cost, and shoppers at its 2 outlets in Alexandra and Tampines will have to pay a nominal charge of 5 cents for standard-sized bags, and 10 cents for larger bags.
Ikea hopes to reduce the number of bags thrown away by customers here. The move will take effect on 22 April, Earth Day.
This is a first for any retailer in Singapore.
