八仙过海 - 热痱甜品.

20克 仙草粉
120 克 西瓜
1个 奇异果
5个 葡萄
1个 水蓊
1大匙 honey
2汤匙 澱粉(菜燕也可)
3碗 水

水 + 仙草粉 + 澱粉以中小火加热,
然后加入水果.
冷却后, 放入冰箱冷藏.
要吃时, 切成块, 上面加蜂蜜即可.

　　这是最幸福的事。
　　或许是土地、阳光、还是血统，在台湾这个弹丸之地，几乎每隔十年，就会孕育出一位令人惊艳的嗓音。他们共同的特色是，从出生的那刻起，会说话的同时就开始唱歌，他们对音乐充满热情、甚至过于认真，他们共同的想法是，能够唱歌，是人生中最幸福的事。在2008年的今年，这个他们，就叫做梁文音。

　　经历比一般人多一点，拥有的也多一些。
　　在文音出版的自传“量文音”当中，她说她拥有“畅快音符的童年”。只不过在她10多岁的时候，音符意外的变了调，父母亲因故相继离世，13岁的她与姐弟三人、住进了六龟山地育幼院。这个人生的分水岭，文音选择敞开心胸放开双手，结果，她获得了更多。她有更多的兄弟姊妹、更多长辈们无私的爱，她参加六龟山地育幼院合唱团，接受美国专业牧者教唱，跟着合唱团出国巡回，到美国加拿大各地演唱，歌唱天赋得以发挥。

　　很多时候，我们都忘记她只有21岁。
　　从“我爱黑涩会”电视节目中“寻找巴冷公主”的选拔，到“超级星光大道”中第一季PK，第二季令人慑服的优异表现。她是评审老师们口中：“歌声具有穿透力”、“没有瑕疵的声音”的巨星，也是数以万计歌迷心中永远的第一名。或许是天父的眷顾，或许是她的认真得到回应，比赛过后，她获得一只唱片公司合约，发行自传“量文音”登上畅销书排行榜，获邀参与台湾影史上最卖座国片“海角七号”，并演唱片尾曲“那儿风光明媚”。比赛时认真做到最好、演唱(演出)时珍惜每次机会，她是朋友口中那种：就算眼角忍不住掉下泪，嘴角还是会保持微笑。就是这样认真的文音，好多时候，我们都忘记她只有21岁。

　　爱的诗篇，多甜美。
　　充满勇气，每一个音符不断挑战，充满着爱，每一句歌词完美注解。这是文音以及许多器重她的老师们的心情，他们花费将近一年的时间，全心全意的录制属于梁文音的首张个人专辑“爱的诗篇”，一个用音符与歌声谱写，幻化成隽永的文章与诗篇。包括让人落泪的成长诗篇“我不是你想像那么勇敢”，邀请姚谦填词陈子鸿制作，一针见血的点出文音内心世界；坚强的爱情诗篇“可以不爱了”，则由戴佩妮填词谱曲创作。另外、不乏甜美却俏皮作品，包括“薄荷与指甲剪”、跨国合作男孩特区翻唱曲“第一眼”；专辑第一主打“最幸福的事”，是整张专辑最后录制的歌曲，传达的爱情观令听者感动；还有回到成长根源同名单曲“爱的诗篇”，邀请六龟山地育幼院的小朋友们，在假日北上帮忙合唱，烘托文音甜美音质，游刃有余的高低音，什么是爱，什么是幸福，都在“爱的诗篇”中，让听者领受。
